Chef Riccardo Stocco contacted me about getting their website back online. Their existing host had let their domain name expire and the site was not accessible from the web at all. The former host was not responding to calls or emails and had seemed to disappear from the face of the Earth. IVEKA stepped in and did a look-up on the domain name and found out it had expired and was still in the "limbo" stage between when it expires and when it becomes available to the public for purchase. During this period, the only person who can renew it is the person who purchased it - and of course that was the host that was missing in action. Instead of taking the chance of missing the domain going for public sale and losing it, IVEKA used a service that automatically purchases domains as soon as they hit the market. This cost a bit extra, but it took the stress out of checking to see if the domain was available every day.

In the meantime, IVEKA created a new domain for the site and put up a temporary page with information about the restaurant. Also during this time, IVEKA redesigned the site and gave it a very classy and sophisticated look.
